Full Church Wedding Service (Up to 3 Hours) An average Church wedding car hire service takes around 3 hours to allow for pick ups prior to service, the length of service at around 45 minutes and delivery to the reception with photo opportunities afterwards. As a guide we would deliver the Groom & party to the Service, then Brides party and finally the Bride & Father. Bride & Groom to reception leaving the guests to arrive first with plenty of time for photographs. Its up to you how we carryout your wishes after all its your special day. Registry Office Service or Short Local Church Service (Up to 2 Hours) Mainly used for Registry Office weddings, this 2 hour service is ideal for a Civil Partnerships that is about 30 minutes with collection before the service and delivery to the reception with time for photos and colour choice of ribbons. Arriving in style (Up to 1 Hour) Arrive in style Civil services are gaining in popularity with Hotels providing the complete package. Dont just walk down the stairs to your wedding arrive in style to your service with a tour of the locality greeted by your guests with time for photos. Stag & Hen Nights (1 Hour) Discounts on combination limo hire with a booked wedding service from us. First and additional discounted hours will therefore be charged at £ 79.00 / hour.	£ 79.00
Daytime Hire - between 09.00 & 17.00 (1 Hour) Great for childrens Birthday parties trips to Restaurants, Shopping trips, Newquay Airport runs, soft drinks included with additional hours at £ 119.00 per hour.	£ 119.00
Evening Restaurant Special - Two-way return trip (1 Hour Split) Delivery and collection to local restaurants for up to 8 gastronomes with additional hours at £ 119.00 (Standard areas only max 2.5 hrs between split times then £25 per hr waiting time). Clubbing - Up to 8 Clubbers, party goers, masked balls, one way to the venue with a cruise around the destination time permitting. Additional hours before midnight at £ 119.00, after midnight £149.00, after 1am £169.00	£ 119.00

Student Proms - One-way (1 Hour + Photo time) CHECK PROM DATES Arrive in style for up to 8 Students at your school prom includes up to 3 pick up points if required with extra time included for photos to be taken. Booking Deposit We normally request a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date and time. We normally accept payment by cheque, please call for other methods.	£ 50.00
PRICES - These competitive prices are for the newer round shape limousine that seats 8 as pictured above. We do not run the older square shaped cars that may also seat less so please check when comparing prices to avoid disappointment. Our time starts when we arrive at your door and not from when we leave our base and we do not charge VAT on top and there are NO hidden charges.	£££££

TERMS and CONDITIONS of HIRE

LIMO HIRE - Hire is for the Limousine and Chauffeur rated on an hourly basis with a MINIMUM of ONE HOURS hire.

STANDARD AREA - Standard areas and the surrounding areas of Penzance, Helston, Falmouth, Truro, St Austell, Newquay are classed as standard area.

OUT OF AREA - Bodmin, Wadebridge, Lostwithiel - £25.00. Remaining PL postcodes such as Camelford, Liskard in Cornwall will attract the extra out of area charge of £50.00 to cover driving time, fuel etc. Plymouth and Devon we no longer cover.

VAT - We are not registered for Value Added Tax and therefore you will NOT be charged another 17.5% on top of the hourly charge. Please be aware of this when comparing prices.

BOOKING DEPOSIT - A non-refundable booking deposit of £50.00 is used to secure your hire date. If payment has not been received within 7 days of the booking agreement being sent out, the provisional booking may be cancelled and date released. If you want to secure your booking immediately then you can pay by Debit or Credit cards using the PAYPAL button above. The deposit may be used against vehicle cleaning for spillages, sickness, charges or part payment for any damage etc.

FINAL HIRE - The estimated hire must be paid in cleared funds 7 days prior to hire unless specifically agreed on your booking agreement by prior arrangement.

PAYMENT - Payment excepted in cash or cheque only which may take up to 5 working days to clear. Payments can also be made directly into our bank account details of which are on the rear of the booking agreement.

EXCESS CHARGE - The limos must be left in a CLEAN condition at the end of hire. A MINIMUM excess charge of £100.00 will be applied if there is any spillage, sickness, damage, extra cleaning etc to the car whilst on hire however caused and the hirer agrees to pay any shortfall or loss of subsequent bookings until the vehicle is returned to a fit state for hire. If the hirer or any of the party deliberately causes a booking to go overtime, the next hour is chargeable pro- rata and must be paid for in cash at the applicable rate.

CANCELLATION - Cancellation will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit. The management may at their discretion move the original booking date to another convenient date.
